ABOUT

I design how teams work,
then what they ship.

I'm Ranju, a product design leader and ex-founder with 12+ years in fintech, B2B SaaS, and e-commerce. The work I'm proudest of isn't a screen, it's the stuff around them: a design function built from zero at MoveinSync, a research practice at Rupifi that reached deep into tier-2 and tier-3 India, products hundreds of thousands of small businesses now use daily. Before all of it, I co-founded a design studio and ran it for five years. Most of my opinions about teams, deadlines, and communication come from there.

This site is the unpolished half of my work. It's where I think out loud, and document how I'm using AI on problems in my own life.

KuKi came from managing the care of Kingini, one of my two chihuahuas, who's chronically ill. Novel came from my wife tracking her health on Bevel, me being on Android where nothing like it exists, and her being tired of not seeing that data on my phone. The projects, or more accurately the experiments here, are teaching me more about AI-native product work than any course could.

If you're here to figure out how I work: I care about what a team can do without me in the room. Systems over heroics, research as an investment not a line item, and saying the uncomfortable thing early. The rest of the site is the evidence.
